Context: Transformation at the heart of the strategy
Yves Rocher Italy is entering a key phase of transformation, driven by a major technological migration linked to the end of life of its legacy systems by 2027.
At the same time, Social Selling — now the subsidiary’s main distribution channel — is undergoing significant modernization and professionalization, paving the way for new growth opportunities.
In this context, we are strengthening our IT team with a strategic profile capable of bridging business challenges and technological transformation.
Your role: at the heart of transformation
As an IT Project Manager & Business Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering the company’s strategic projects.
At the intersection of business and technology, you will:
- lead high-impact projects,
- support business teams by gathering and formalizing their needs and specifications,
- contribute to the modernization of the information system,
become the key application expert for the new platform.
YOUR FIRST MISSION
From the launch of the replatforming project — estimated to last between 1 and 2 years — you will be fully involved end-to-end, from understanding business needs through to the deployment of the new solution.
As the platform’s key expert, you will then support its continuous evolution in close alignment with business needs, maximizing its value and long-term impact.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure functional expertise in your scope (business knowledge and IT systems)
- Manage operational relationships with business teams
- Collect, validate and formalize new business needs
- Provide functional support and specify the proper use of solutions
- Ensure users have good command of IT systems
Define and implement functional aspects and change management for projects
KEY ACTIVITIES
Technical Project Management:
- Organize technical design
- Participate in software selection in collaboration with the business
- Coordinate development and integration
- Lead testing and acceptance activities
Operational Project Management:
- Coordinate and lead the project team
- Supervise project progress
- Manage relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
- Ensure quality of deliverables and validations
Deployment and Support:
- Lead the deployment of new applications
- Organize the implementation of maintenance and user support
- Contribute to user training
- Ensure compliance with specifications, deadlines and costs
Business Relationship: Be responsible for the functional content of projects and evolutions
- Formalize needs and describe impacts on business processes
- Ensure functional consistency
- Define and implement data migration strategies
- Organize and perform functional tests
Contribute to production implementation and change management
REQUIRED PROFILE
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of enterprise information systems
- Excellent functional analysis capabilities
- Strong written communication skills
- Experience in IT project management and functional modeling
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of the Social Selling sector and its trends is a real plus
